      Steve was instrumental in establishing the Digital Intermediate pipeline for Technicolor Worldwide for feature film mastering and trailers. Naturally, when EFILM launched its dedicated Trailers division, Steve was tapped to establish an efficient Digital Intermediate workflow for the fast paced, deadline-oriented demands of motion picture advertising.

      Benny Estrada has been a member of the EFILM Team since 2001. Since then, he has worked on over 70 Digital Intermediate projects, including the very first full length DI, We Were Soldiers.  As an award winning director and producer of feature length documentaries, he has a strong appreciation for the movie making process. Hired as the first CinemaScan Dailies Colorist, Benny is proud to be part of the team that has turned an exciting new idea into a successful reality, putting EFILM's proprietary CinemaScan Dailies process on the map.

      Jason has over 12 years of experience in color grading, editing and visual effects for feature films and theatrical trailers. He brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a perfectionist's eye to every project he works on. Recent projects include the feature length 3D animations The Lorax and Despicable Me , as well as several high-profile trailer campaigns, including The Avengers and The Twilight Saga series.       Marc's love of cinematography was the natural evolution of his lifelong passion for still photography. Originally from Chicago, Marc graduated from USC's film program and for ten years worked in almost every position of the camera department, before coming to EFILM in 2006. His production background affords Marc the real world insight as to what cinematographers go through during the filming process and enables him to effectively anticipate their needs and concerns. Marc's recent credits include Skyfall , The Avengers , Jobs and In Time . He is a member of the Local 600 Cinematographers Guild.

      Originally from Chicago, Tom has been a part of the EFILM team since 2003.  With his deep knowledge of the DI process and his passion for cinema, Tom brings a strong enthusiasm to all his projects. Whether it’s a classic film look, a modern digital look, or somewhere in between, Tom is adept at working across many different styles and genres. After earning a computer science degree in 2000, he found work as a programmer and graphic designer before deciding to pursue a career in Hollywood.

      Kevin oversees the operations of EFILM as well as its sister facilities including Company 3, Beast, Method Studios, Deluxe New York, among others. Kevin joined EFILM as Vice President of Operations in 2002 after 19 years at Deluxe Laboratories where he last served as Vice President of Front End Operations.  Kevin is an associate member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC).

Beverly has a Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry and began her career with Kodak in 1980. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and an associate member of the ASC.

      Joachim has been with EFILM since 2008 and has over 18 years of international post production experience. In his current role, he’s designed custom workflows, from on-set through final DI, for features including Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, The Avengers, What to Expect When You’re Expecting, The Help, and Skyfall, among others – and ensures the calibration, matching and accuracy of images across all Deluxe/EFILM facilities worldwide including Hollywood, Toronto, New York, London and Sydney. Joachim holds a Master’s Degree in Film and Television Engineering, as well as two patents for Film Restoration and Color Correction tools.

      Phil has over 35 years of entertainment industry experience in technical systems development, design and operation.  He has conceived, designed and built several major recording studios and video facilities, and managed their technical performance.

      In his current role, Phil oversees technology for the companies comprising Deluxe’s Content Creation Group, including EFILM, Company 3, Method Studios, and Beast, among others.  His responsibilities include strategic resource allocation, project management, supervision of upgrade and new system design strategies, and establishing technical direction, standards, and policies for the group.

      Phil began his career as a Public Radio producer, production engineer, and on-air personality in his birthplace of Detroit, Michigan.  Moving to Los Angeles in 1974 and transitioning to the music business as an audio engineer and recording mixer, he worked with many well known recording artists, acquiring the basis of technical skills that would further his growth as an entertainment technologist.  

      Making the transition to film and television post production in 1985, he was integral to the adoption of emerging digital production technologies. For the past 16 years he’s worked as a media technology executive, applying his background and vision to systems design, operation, and maintenance of multiple facilities.
