Congratulations to Steve Scott and his entire EFILM, "Iron Man" crew
on winning the Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) Award for Outstanding Color Grading-Feature Film in a DI Process.
The 2008 winners of the HPA Awards received their honors in a standing room only event at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles. The awards recognized top talent in eleven categories critical to creative and technical post -production for motion pictures, television and commercials.
Steve Scott was recognized for his outstanding color work on Iron Man, the Paramount Pictures summer blockbuster, directed by Jon Favreau and photographed by Matthew Libatique.
The HPA represents the professional community of businesses and individuals who provide expertise, support, tools and the infrastructure for the creation and finishing of motion pictures, television, commercials, digital media and other dynamic media.
The HPA awards were established 3 years ago to "recognize and celebrate
the outstanding talent in the post production industry and to foster
awareness of their work as an integral part of the creative process."
This is the 2nd time Steve has taken home this prestigious trophy.
